Any gift ideas for teenage girl who has everything?

I want to get my niece a gift for her birthday. Preferably not too expensive, like under $20-25. I don’t want to go the gift card route because I did it last time for christmas and it seems so impersonal. She likes clothes but I’d never get it right. She likes her ipod and music but I don’t know what kind of music so a CD might not be a good idea. I’m at a loss. Any suggestions?

I bought my sister this great little cell phone ipod pouch for Christmas on etsy. She loved it and uses it all the time for her ipod hanging it from her jeans loop. Now her friends all want one. Best $14 I spent for Christmas gifts.

Look around on Etsy in general. There’s all kinds of stuff that she probably doesn’t have. One of a kind stuff. I love Etsy.
