Baby Shower Invitation Wording!?

We will be having our shower this summer for our “mystery-sexed” baby!! The invite wording has basically been drawn up – “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, How we wonder what you are! Please join us in celebration of the new baby …blah blah blah..”
But I’d like to find a way to say simply that I don’t mind if guests choose to pick their own gifts, instead of the registry…Any ideas?

Good Luck, My personal favorites at my shower were the homemade baby blankets from the 2 living Great Grandmothers.

Most of the time it’s not printed on the invite but I have seen little slips of paper with the registry info on it.
