What should I write in a birthday card to my mother?

I bought her a set of art deco coffee cup (and a couple of Gingerbread Men) to go with her new kitchen and a coffee maker she has just had installed in her house… I bought it online so it is pre-gift wrapped being delivered but I need to write a gift card to go with it….. Any ideas?
