Announcing pregnancy to my family?

So my husband and I are TTC! We are hoping to find out if we are pregnant about a week before my moms birthday. She is so excited for my husband and I to get pregnant and she said it would be the most special gift to have her first grandchild. So we will be very excited if we can tell her on her birthday.
We want to get my mom a really nice special gift for her birthday announcing our pregnancy to her, but we are stuck on ideas. While I think “I love grandma” bibs are cute, I want this to be a nice keepsake gift. Any ideas?

You could get her a grandma’s brag book. Then later you could give her one of the ultrasound pictures to start the book off.
